Turn Unused Space into Your Greatest Asset

We had Max design, tear down, and remodel our entire kitchen and bathroom and he did an exceptional job. He did the demo down to the studs, restored an old window that was behind drywall, installed tile, new tub etc., and brought the whole thing back to life. This was an old house from the 1800s, so nothing was plumb or level and he found clever ways to work with it to make it shine again. The kitchen work was the same--demolished it and rebuilt it with a different layout that worked better for us. Did an excellent job and he even tells some mediocre jokes from time to time.

Matthew helped me with a complete design & build project for a small ADU at our house in Denver. He was involved with everything from the initial design phase, to linking up with an architect, choosing materials & finishes, everything. He made the process super easy and transparent. Pricing was fair, build quality was excellent. Timeline was right on schedule. I'd definitely recommend him and would work with him and his crew again!

We worked with Matthew at Denver Custom ADU on two projects in Denver, including a garage conversion and a basement renovation. From start to finish, Matthew brought exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail. His strong relationships with high-quality trades made a real difference, and the quality of the finished work exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend Denver Custom ADU to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and trustworthy ADU builder.
